Hi there! My name is Heather Barrineau, and I am a proud member of the CENTURY
21 Advantage Realty team, located in beautiful London, Kentucky. I hope that
you will have an opportunity to learn a little bit about me personally, as well
as become comfortable and confident in my ability to assist when its time
for you to choose your next partner in real estate.
Personal Background
I bring into the real estate arena an extensive background from both sales and
legal fields. I feel my experience in the legal field has helped me not only in
knowing best how to serve people, but
also feel it has given me an advantage in the real estate world because of my
experience with the legal aspects of real estate closings. I love to work in
both Corbin and London, and aside from real estate, my interests lay mostly
with church, family, community service and charitable events.
Professional Accomplishments
I have been the recipient of the Quality Service Producer award, as well as the
Performance Award for sales that are prized awards offered though Century 21
Corporate offices, with intentions of many more to come. I have consistently
placed among the top five Agents in the local CENTURY 21 office (the largest,
most successful regional real estate office in Southeastern Kentucky) in both
listings and sales. I have served in different capacities for the Cumberland
Valley Board of REALTORS®, most recently as Chairman of the Public
Relations Committee.
My Business Philosophy
My philosophy is to be completely honest and fair in every situation, and my
personal involvement is in itself an extension of CENTURY 21 philosophy; which
is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care
about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family
members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a
wonderful referral business from those whove done business with me in the
past.
My Approach
I like to maintain a hands-on approach, taking great interest in every detail
that concerns my clients. If my buyers and sellers are happy, then that makes
me happy, and creates a long term relationship that I hope to nourish as time
goes by. I am not pushy, and do not have a salesman attitude or
personality, but rather prefer to be a resource to enable buyers or sellers to
